All tests take place online, live on Zoom – there is no need to visit us. You can join from home, from work or from abroad.
Germany and Italy share the same time zone (CET/CEST): calendar times are Italian time.
What should I include for a precise answer?
If you contact us before booking, please tell us:
- your licence type (for example LAPL, PPL, CPL or ATPL), or that you are a student pilot
- the authority that issued your licence, for example ENAC
- your current ICAO level and the expiry date endorsed on your licence
- the test you are interested in: Level 4 only or Levels 4–6
- the days and times that suit you
Please do not send your ID yet: we will ask for it by email after you book.

Do several of your students or members need to take the ICAO test? Write to us before booking. Tell us how many people and which period you have in mind, and we will reply with the options available. Each candidate can also book individually in the calendar.

Questions about contact and support
In which languages can I write to you?
English or German – these are the languages our team replies in. You do not need perfect English: simple sentences are fine. You can find the key information about the test, the levels and your ENAC licence in our FAQ. The contract language, however, is German: only the German text of the terms (AGB) is binding, and our terms in English are a translation for information purposes.
Do I need to come to Gomaringen for the test?
No. All tests take place online, live on Zoom: you join from wherever you are, even from abroad, and your certificate arrives by email within 24 hours.
I have a problem on the day of my test: who should I contact?
If your connection drops during the test, rejoin with the same Zoom link: your examiner will agree with you how to continue. If you cannot get into the meeting, call us on +49 7072 1352530.
How do I reschedule or cancel my appointment?
Email or call us with your name and the date and time of your appointment. You can also use the link in your confirmation email. Rescheduling and cancellation are free of charge up to 24 hours before; after that, the full fee is due, without prejudice to your statutory rights. Terms and conditions
